By using our site You consent to the processing of information about You and warrant that all data provided by You is accurate.  We cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to Your data or data of other registered users being compromised in any way.

You must not attempt in any way to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is held or any computer connected to our site. To do so is a criminal offence and we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and immediately terminate Your right to use our site. Intellectual Property Rights.  We look forward to receiving Your materials and commentary (posts) to the site.  You acknowledge that all posts and comments made to this forum express the views and opinions of You, the author.  Any posts which You upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary (unlike Your personally identifiable information which is covered by our privacy policy above), and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such materials for any purpose.

We will NOT be responsible, or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by You or any other user of this site.

Posting Contributions on our site.  Please make Your contributions constructive, polite and in the English language. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the site, any materials which is harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, discriminatory, sexually – oriented, racially offensive, in breach of confidence or privacy, in breach of any licence or approval, technically harmful, likely to give rise to a criminal offence or civil liability or otherwise unlawful or objectionable. Please do not advertise or mention individuals e.g. health professionals, family members by name.

Jo’s Friends reserve the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account which in any way does not comply with these terms and conditions.

In the event of “spamming” we will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible. But it is impossible to review every message quickly and any user who finds material posted by another user objectionable should contact us via e-mail.
