April 12th:
In his memory, Paul Barker’s friends continued his annual golf day again this year sharing the proceeds of £2572 between CUP Foundation and Marie Curie
19-22 April:
Joe Poolman & Tyler Davies cycled the 171 mile Great Ocean Road in Australia in support of their friend Olivia Nelson whose mother Jane had been diagnosed with CUP. They raised £992
May 3rd:
Our Director, John Symons, presented Dawn Platt, the CUP Nurse Specialist at York, with a Certificate of Merit in recognition of her on-going support and hard work in raising awareness of CUP
May 19th:
Olivia Nelson’s team of 43 family & friends took part in the Manchester 10K/half marathon in honour of her mother Jane. The team raised over £10,000
May 26th:
Richard Moore ran the Rock ‘n’ Roll Liverpool Half Marathon on May 26th to raise awareness of CUP after his friend, Mark Naylor, was diagnosed. To date he has raised £496
